MSU Library Website Redesign

I helped the Michigan State University library website development team with creating a more accessible and user-friendly website. We conducted many research methods on different participants to discover the needs of the users.

Capital Area Humane Society

I teamed up with the Humane Society in Lansing, MI to provide research for the redesign of their website to be more streamlined and user-friendly. To accomplish this, I conducted a card sort on different users and was then able to produce a site map from my findings.

Cottage Inn Pizza Delivery Redesign

As a class project, two classmates and I decided to redesign the Cottage Inn pizza mobile app for East Lansing, MI. We created a wire flow for the mobile app order and delivery process.

Landvoice Customer Journey Map

During my internship at Landvoice, I created a customer journey map in order to map the relationship between the customer and the company in terms of how they interact, over the time period that the customer uses the company.
